There are no words to express the relaxation felt here. This is a personal favorite. After an optional morning touring a pyrgospita, the day was ours, and we certainly seized it.

Safe Waters

Did you know that sharks do not swim near the shore and are very rare in Greece? That makes this place not only beautiful for swimming, but very safe. Just watch for sea urchins!

Endless Supply

Many pyrgospitas included their own olive oil mills inside for an endless supply of olive oil! Who wouldn't want to have that?

The pyrgospitas were created for patriarchs to defend their clans and property.
